Dry Season

This past 4 months has been really challenging to me. I had been through a personally challenging time where I did not feel peace. Yesterday my heart was hurt and I could not handle it. I felt hurt and empty. I have not felt this way for a long time, but the Holy Spirit gave me a power to pray last night. I almost fall asleep, but someone woke me up and there was a whisper that said, "My daughter, lets talk!" Even when I lost my words to say, God lifted me up. Lord spoke to me clearly from Psalm 23.

God is my strength in any situation. He has healed my broken heart and spirit that I experienced this 4 months. The joy comes in the morning. I feel new and my spirit is on fire again. This afternoon, I was walking through windy, cold and rainy day from class to apartment. When I was walking, God spoke to me "Even though there is a challenging season, you will be back home safely as long you keep walking and trust Me. You will be allright."

Life as Christian is not always easy, there will be challenging and dry season. If I say, being Christian is always easy, so I dont say the truth. BUT the truth is that I can be strong as a Christian because God who gives me this strength. God has put me in the community that I really need during college age. The community that encourage me to carry His calls and community that show love to others. I am thankful that God put me in school where they dont just teach about success, academic, but also in spiritual way and this is what I really need the most. BUT, I cannot always stay in this level, there is a time where I need to move into the next level and the higher level is, the harder its gonna be. God has prepared us to go to the next level, the level where we will find exciting and new things. Keep focus on Him. He is faithful and never fails. Let God lead you to the promise land.

PS: I am feeling that someone praying for me now. I am feeling so encouraged. Whoever you are, thank you. Lord,bless whoever this person is.

God's Calling

Sometimes God wants us to do something that impossible to make it and sometimes it doesnt make any sense. I don't know about your experiences, but I had some experiences where God wanted me to do something and be honest, I said "NO!" at the first time. However, because of the power of Holy Spirit, my heart said "YES!"

Most of the time we say NO to God because our own desire, but when you say "YES" to God, you will feel supernatural feeling where you know that you make best decision in your life. Decision is a choice. You want to carry His calls and move on to better way or ignore His calls and move to "whatever" or "what I want" life.

It is really hard to say "YES!" to Him because non-sense plans. BUT, have you realized that once you follow Him, once you carry His calls, once you say YES to His commands, the Holy Spirit gives you a power and the answer "YES" means everything. One words called "YES" to God is forever and not temporary.

God has promised us into a beautiful life and promise land. On our way to promise land, we must follow His commands. In between, we do have hard times. This is the reason why FAITH is really important in our life. Dont let "dry life" come to your life. Let your spirit always on FIRE and not dry spirit.

Enjoy the journey that God has given to you. Walk with God is the best journey we have ever experienced in our life. Create our future with God and not just create future with ourselves. Follow His commands and do not give up on Him.

Lets have journey together to promise land by follow His commands and carry His calling.

When we say YES to Him, we will never regret it.
